Twenty-three weeks already? Time is flying by!
How big is baby? Book says 8 inches long from crown to rump!
Maternity clothes? Still wearing regular everything! I am loving that extra-long cami though (I think I’ve worn it in most of my weekly pictures)! My shirts are still long enough by themselves, but I just like its extra insurance!
Sleep: Pretty good, but my upper back seems to have a permanent knot in it from sleeping on my side.
Best moment this week: Getting to meet and hold our friends’ 3-hour-old newborn baby girl. I have never held a baby that new! It was such a special experience, and made me both excited and a little nervous for our munchkin to get here.
Movement: She is still CRAZY! She’ll move throughout the day, but seems to get especially active late at night. I’m mentally preparing for her to be wide awake at midnight once she gets here! She also seems to start kicking every morning around 6:30. I guess that’s her way of saying “good morning!”
Food cravings: Twizzlers are still number one! Pizza and ice cream are high on the list, too.
Miss Anything? As cute as a little baby bump can be, I am kind of missing my waist. I look back at pre-pregnancy photos and wonder how I didn’t see how fit I was! I’ve gained about 6 lbs so far, so hopefully it won’t be too hard to get back in shape post-baby.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope! I even cooked and ate chicken on Sunday!
Belly Button in or out? In, but I can’t lie… it’s starting to look a little weird.
Exercising? 22.88 running miles!
Looking forward to: My mom coming this weekend!
